GGD Consulting is a business name/brand of GAIGURUDEV PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202637627H), with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website.
2. Information we collect
Through our enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, project location, selected service and message that you choose to provide, together with the date and time of submission. We do not ask for and request that you do not send sensitive personal information through this website.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to review your enquiry, respond to it, and discuss whether and how we may be able to support your project. Where a discussion leads to an engagement, the information may be used to prepare a proposal or agreement.
4. How enquiries are processed
Enquiries are transmitted by email to our business mailbox using a third-party transactional email provider acting on our instructions, and are reviewed by authorised personnel only. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, to maintain a record of business communications, and to meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. If basic, privacy- respecting analytics are enabled in the future, they will be used only to understand aggregate website usage, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed server-side. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
